About Us

We are a part of Community Action Center which is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization. Our organization offers first-time homebuyers information and resources on how to receive tax credits when buying their home, assisting and preparing homebuyers with purchasing a new home through homebuyer workshops, and offers affordable financing with little or no down payment through our Home Purchasing program.

We work towards assisting current homeowners and tenants with improvements to their homes by providing energy conservation workshops and weatherizing homes at little or no cost. We also offers housing rehabilitation loans to those who qualify. These loans include affordable financing for repairing and improving the quality and safety of owner occupied housing in Whitman County.
